| Qualche giorno fa mi è arrivata un'email da parte di FOJG che mi ricordava che tra poco meno di un mese scadrà la mia "membership". Non avendo ancora capito come rinnovarla invio una mail all'indirizzo del fansupport ( [email protected]) per chiedere delucidazioni. Mi rispondono nell'arco della giornata (grandi!) e mi spiegano la seguente procedura: HOW TO RENEW:
Here is the renewal process, step-by-step:
Step 1 - Login to JoshGroban.com
Step 2 - To renew go to this link www.joshgroban.com/renew
For new members use www.joshgroban.com/join
Step 3 - Choose your membership package and click on "Renew Now"
Step 4 - Enter in your country, zip code, and credit card info
Step 5 - Once you enter in your payment info you should get to a confirmation page. At the top it says "Congratulations" and lists instructions to redeem your package
Once you get to Step 5, your account has been successfully renewed for Year 7. The next step is to redeem your welcome package.
HAVING PROBLEMS RENEWING?
Are you having trouble with the credit card processing system, like if the credit card fields or postal code fields where you would input this information are not appearing?
If so, we suspect the problem may be an incompatible browser. We're told the Internet Explorer 6 is particularly troublesome. Be sure that you are running the latest version of your browser (i.e. IE8) or a different browser such as Firefox, and this should solve the problem.
HAVING TROUBLE REDEEMING YOUR WELCOME PACKAGE CODE?
Once you have successfully joined or renewed, your Year 7 welcome package is available for you to redeem (it must be redeemed or it will not be shipped to you).
The welcome package code is located on your profile page at JoshGroban.com/user alongside the link to redeem it, in the column on the right-hand side of the page. Be sure to copy and paste the code from where it appears in that column to avoid errors, but be sure, when copying it, not to include any blank spaces or punctuation before or after the code.
If you continue to experience difficulty with this process, please provide your code in the reply and confirm for us which membership level you purchased and we'll help in any way that we can.
